Teacher has to be able to show their commitment and passion for their work . MUST be able to talk and be willing to learn about the bible.

Regardless of their age, race or gender, they need to be virtuous and have a desire for God. Teachings will need to be relatable in a form of a parable. Be able to give examples and a variety is a MUST in order for a role as a Teacher.

Being able to speak a variety of languages is also a bonus in order to communicate with people.
